In this place, which used to be a garage, many different items are hand-made and offered for sale. The collection comes from about 20 participants, which makes it super creative and original. Think of bags made of bicycle tires, felt pillows, paintings, photographs, jewelry, or knitted gloves. There’s also a separate space where weekly fun activities and workshops are organized both for you and your kids: pancake day, felt or djembe workshops, a musical morning for the kids, knitting workshops, a glassworks demonstration; there’s too much to name. Be sure to look for a fun gift as well, you’ll be sure to find more than enough inspiration!
Looking for a room in which to offer items for sale, owner Yris got the idea to combine forces with other creative people and to open a store together. This is the hallmark of this store; handmade, unique items. Everyone who loves originality and the crafts has come to the right place here.
The store is located in an old garage, which has been mostly kept in its original state. This lends a unique, raw atmosphere to the store. Contrary to what you might believe, the store does not feel cold or Spartan, due to all the cozy items and materials that fill the room. The Bellamy-neighborhood, as you can call the surrounding areas, is like a village. Everyone knows each other and there are cozy yards everywhere. The street also contains the famous Ten Katemarket – definitely worth a visit!
