At Instock our chefs create dishes with products that otherwise would go to waste. These products are collected every morning, with our electrical food rescue car. Therefore it is always a surprise what the ‘harvest of the day’ will be in our restaurant. We stand for good and inventive dishes and we like an open discussion.
