A new concept store on the Haarlemmerdijk: Six and Sons. For all your industrial antiques. What does that mean? Well, you’ll find vintage furniture here, as well as new items; magazines, designer objects, gift items for yourself or others. There are clothes, too, especially gentlemen’s fashion by Scandinavian brands such as Norse Projects, Ontour, and Han Kjobenhavn. Whilst browsing you can enjoy coffee or lunch here. Or you can start off with breakfast, as the store opens early; at 9 during the week, and at 10 on Saturdays.
The little warehouse of Alexander Six’ began with the online sale of antique furniture. Since late 2013, Alexander has realized his dream; his own store selling industrial antiques. And on the Haarlemmerdijk. It’s a cabinet of wonders, as he calls it; you can browse here for those super original treasures for your own home, but Alexander has a real knack for it. He explores the entire country (and continent) looking for old furniture and other treasures. His skill at this will become obvious upon entry.
Six and Sons is a rough and tough, yet cozy, manly store with cool stuff. Perhaps you’re looking for a pair of boxing gloves, levelers, or cuff links. Many people come to this store: young hipsters to men who could be grandparents. Feel free to pop in; women are of course welcome too, to find something great for their boyfriend, husband, brother, dad, or son. At Six and Son’s you’ll find it, 7 days a week. Truly a store to fall in love with.
